Mia Finnegan is no stranger to success! A competitive gymnast at age 8, her drive, perseverance and positive mindset led her to numerous athletic achievements, awards and titles including the prestigious first title of Fitness World Champion at the Olympia in 1995. She has graced the cover/been a contributing writer to numerous fitness magazines, hosted DVD's and TV shows and recently did a stint on the Real Housewives of Orange County as Tamra Judge's PT.
